My books reviewed and discussed in April!

This month, both of my published books have been discussed online!

My first book, The Upper Room and Tomb of David: The History, Art and Archaeology of the Cenacle on Mount Zion (Jefferson, NC: McFarland, 2016) was discussed in the Bible History Daily webpage
published by Biblical Archaeology Review. Mark Dospěl considers “Did Jesus’ Last Supper Take Place Above the Tomb of David? Understanding the Cenacle on Mount Zion” and cites both my book and one of my own articles for BAR. You can read his article here: https://www.biblicalarchaeology.org/daily/biblical-sites-places/biblical-archaeology-sites/jesus-last-supper-tomb-of-david/?mqsc=E4143200&dk=ZE2140ZF0&utm_source=WhatCountsEmail&utm_medium=BHDA%20Week%20in%20Review&utm_campaign=4_9_22_WIR_Best_Bible_Translation

Over at VogelinView you can read a detailed review by Paul Krause of my most recent book Meet Paul Again for the First Time: Jewish Apostle of Pagan Redemption (Eugene, OR: Wipf and Stock, 2021). You can read it here: https://voegelinview.com/will-the-real-apostle-paul-please-stand-up-david-christian-clausens-meet-paul-again-for-the-first-time/.

I will be writing a summary/introduction for my Paul book for the physical version of Biblical Archaeology Review to be published in a forthcoming issue.
